Intumescent Fire Grilles

Durable ventilation grille, easily mounted in doors, ducts, floors and walls providing one hour fire protection. Grilles comprise of moisture resistant intumescent core within a galvanised steel frame with vermin proof 6mm steel mesh fitted to both faces.

100 x 100 to 600 x 600 (in 50mm stages)
 
  Air Transfer Plates

Mild steel louvered face plate suitable for surface mounting in door and wall applications.
Fabricated from 20 swg mild steel with horizontal louvers set on an 85mm pitch with 30% downward deflection.
Available in sizes to suit intumescent fire grilles but allow for fixing, the overall size of the plate is 25mm
bigger on all sides. e.g. overall size of face plate to suit 300x300 fire grille is 350x350.
 
  Intumescent Pipe Collars & Wraps

An intumescent graphite material contained within a steel sleeve which, on exposure to heat, will rapidly expand inward to squeeze the collapsing plastic pipe until the aperture is sealed.
Wraps can be used in place of collars where the pipe is passing through a masonry floor or wall.

Available with a 2 or 4 hour fire rating for plastic pipes with a diameter between 55mm and 160mm


 
  Intumescent Fire Seals

An intumescent graphite material contained within a pvc sleeve fitted into the rebate of either the leaves or the frame. Will in the event of a fire expand and seal the gap around the door to provide an effective barrier against the passage of fire, smoke and hot gases.

Available with or without a cold smoke seal, in brown or white in 2.1 metre lengths.

  Fire Rated Expanding Foam


Used for filling gaps in compartment walls and floors where the integrity of the fire resistance needs to be maintained.

Available in 700ml cans either handheld or gungrade.


 
  Intumescent Paint, Coatings & Varnish

Intumescent paints and coatings produce a protective char retarding the spread of flames and the transfer of heat in the event of a fire.
Suitable for steel, timber, plaster and brick.
 
  Intumescent Pillows

Manufactured from hard wearing, specially treated glass cloth filled with a mixture of mineral fibres and reactive expansion agents which, on exposure to heat, will first expand and then harden to provide a complete seal. Ideal for sealing cable trays.

  Intumescent Mastic

Designed for sealing gaps around fire doors and for sealing joints, voids and holes in fire rated structures. Can be used in joints up to 25mm wide and can provide up to 4 hours fire resistance depending on depth and width of the gap.
Available in 310ml tubes in white, brown or grey.
